Hello again, dear readers!

If you have been following my blog, you might already know two distinct things about me: One, I love talking about health and I am trying my very best to live a healthy lifestyle through urban gardening and sustainable living; Two, I am a certified hypochondriac. Ok, for this article, I will expound on the second one :)

Ever since, I have this strong urge to research (then library, now I am a perennial "googler") on different symptoms related to illnesses. A subtle pain, minor dizziness or weight loss would surely lead me to self diagnosis. And eventually, it will lead me to hospital corridors waiting for my doctor to arrive.

There are certain pros and cons to my kapraningan. Positive - early diagnosis will always yield positive results. But on the downside, my kapraningan disrupts my budget  :)

But as time goes by, now that I am in my late 40's, I have accepted that pains and body aches will now be a part of my life. There's no denying, body pain comes with age. And so with arthritis, bone degeneration and a lot more.

Late last year, I felt a minor pain in my right hip. When I indian sit, the pain radiates from the hip, to the back of my thigh, to my legs. Sometimes up to my right foot. Google tells me it might be a case of pinched nerve. So off I go to my rehab doctor.  And now, I am doing 3x a week therapy. Let's see if the pain will go away. If not, me and my rehab doctor will be back to the drawing board.

She has given me pain meds, that I refuse to take. (hope my rehab doctor is not reading this lol). Because again, due to my kapraningan, I don't mind the minor pain as long as it does not disrupt my normal routine. I don't like taking pain meds, because I fear that I will be immune to it, and later in life, when I need it most, it will not give me the much needed relief.

So as long as I can tolerate the pain, I use the power of oils. Essential oils diffused in the air calm my nerves as I sleep. But for pain, I usually rely on White Flower Embrocation Oil.  It is known to address through its effective formulation of Methyl Salicylate, Menthol Crystals and Eucalyptus Oil.
Instead of taking pain reliever medicines, specially for headache, stomach ache and pain in my shoulder blades from my 24-7 writing in from of my laptop -- I just use White Flower. Aside from its effectiveness, it brings back wonderful memories of my Nanay because she used it too.

In just 3 easy steps, White Flower Oil helps white out headache and other types of pain. Compared to other liniments, it is more potent, so 3 drops (PATAK) are enough.  Be calmed by its soothing scent (LANGHAP). Feel its pain-relieving power when you apply and massage it on the affected area (HAGOD).

It was a fun afternoon with fellow bloggers/vloggers. And take note... join din si Mr.Wise :)

I may be in my late 40's but I still love sports. During my younger years, I got hooked on badminton and I went to the gym daily. So it was a very nice gesture that White Flower invited me to a friendly badminton match with fellow bloggers/vloggers. At first, I thought I would not last an entire game of race to 31. But at the end, I finished the game, no substitution, and we won yey!!!  Tsamba kasi magaling ang ka-partner!

Join the PATAK-LANGHAP-HAGOD movement!  For all the titos and titas with body pains :) White Flower is available in Mercury Drug, Watsons, Lazada and other leading retail partners.  For more info visit WhiteFlower.

  1. I don't know why White Flower has to make commercials these days. Don't they realize they are a household name? Lol. But seriously, White Flower is a miracle maker for me. And I don't care if people call me a "Certified Tita" because I always have White Flower in ALL of my bags. It helped me through all my migraine nights when I had to get ready for law school exams. It has always been a good companion in all my nauseous bus travels too.

I'm glad White Flower is helping you live a better life these days. Mabuhay talaga ang White Flower!
