7107 Culture + Cuisine is a culinary destination. It was launched in June 2016 in collaboration with Treston International College, an International college for hospitality and tourism located in the University Parkway, district of Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
The restaurant showcases local food with global taste. They develop and serve familiar, well loved Filipino meals with select international dishes that are created with creative twists by their local and international chefs and presented in contemporary setting without getting too far from home.
Their tagline, "not your average local", 7107 Culture + Cuisine is a food service company with a mission. To advocate local tourism through the continuous discovery, appreciation and promotion of the country's local culture and heritage through food.
At 7107 Culture + Cuisine, they believe in the unique and creative marriage of educational, cultural, and gastronomical experiences that Filipinos can be proud of and "7107" represent the 7107 islands islands of the Philippines, its distinct people and its diverse culture.
